Common production technological condition of beer mashing equipment:

★ Rice: 30~50% (Or Starch), Large Malt: 50~70% (Or Small Malt).。

★ Proportion of Material and Water: 1:3~4 (Rice 1:4~5, Malt: 1:3~3.5).

★ Mash Copper Warm-Up Speed: ≥ 1.5℃/Min.

★ Mash Tun Warm-Up Speed: ≥1.0℃/Min.

★ Sugar Batch: 8-10 Times.
