Heat Energy Recollection System

★ With the heat interchanger to replace and recover the heat water of second steam which comeout through the normal pressure or low pressure boiling process，and store the heat water inthe storage tanks, and use the steam heat this high temperature water (about 96 ℃) heated to103~105 ℃ (This step is optional), with this heat water warm-up wort to 97~99 ℃, so that the wortwill be quickly into the boiled state.

★ This process can save the steam consumption, reduce the heating-up time, reduce the cokingand the total occupancy time of boiling, also reduce the steam consumption for more than 45%.Through the heat interchanger to replace and recover the heat in the second steam which comesout during the vacuum evaporation process, also store them in the hot water tanks (about 82 ℃).

★ The system is composed by heat interchanger(shell-and-tube and plate type), valve bank(switchvalve, regulating valve), safety device(vacuum valve, safety valve), the energy storage tank andpipeline.
